The foundations, as well as the structure’s pillars and slabs, are made from reinforced concrete.
From the second floor on, an External Thermal-Insulation System (ETICS) will be installed. On the first floor the insulation will be placed on the interior face of the facade and on the exterior face a stone cladding.
The railings of the terraces will be metallic.
Concentration, recreation, silence or rest. Every room in the house has a different purpose and we want to make sure that they all serve their own purpose in your new home.
Internal partitioning within the home will be carried out with dry partition walls featuring acoustic insulation in accordance with the Technical Building Code. There will also be WR plates in wet areas.
Divisions between homes, and between homes and communal areas will be ensured with brick plus plasterboard lining.
The walls of the bathrooms will be tiled with porcelain stoneware.
In the rest of the house, the ceiling and walls will be painted.

The living-dining room and bedrooms all have plastered and painted ceilings. The bathrooms and kitchens, corridors, entrance hall and passages for installations have a plasterboard false ceiling and painted finish. The second bathroom also has a utility box in the false ceiling for the air conditioning machine.
The most appropriate flooring and materials for all floors in the house. You lead, we follow in your footsteps. The bathroom floors have been tiled with porcelain stoneware. The terraces are floored with non-slip, frost-proof tiles. The communal areas will have porcelain, terrazzo or natural stone flooring; and the flooring in living rooms, kitchens, hallways, corridors and bedrooms will have laminate flooring.

If the home only has one bathroom, it will have a bathtub. The bathrooms include an energy-saving electric towel rail radiator and will come with chrome mixer taps.
